Zach focuses his practice on defending the financial services industry and representing parties in complex commercial actions.
Zach Lewis is an Associate in Saretsky Hart Michaels + Gould PC’s Windy City office. Zach defends securities broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, registered representatives, financial advisors, insurance agents and other professionals in state and federal court and before the dispute resolution tribunal of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Additionally, Zach has represented clients in a large variety of matters including complex commercial actions, contractual disputes, and breaches of professional duty in both State and Federal courts.
Zach graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law with Order of the Barrister’s honors. While in law school, he served as the Chief Justice of all advocacy programs at Maurer and competed representing his school in the Anderson Center Seventh Circuit Moot Court Competition in Chicago. Prior to SHMG, Zach also worked at a large financial firm on litigation matters pending against the firm.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys watching Premier League soccer, Purdue sports, traveling, and getting outside whenever possible.
