Sam is a partner at Saretsky Hart Michaels + Gould PC. His financial services practice includes representing securities broker-dealers, registered representatives and registered investment advisers in connection with all aspects of their business. Further, Sam represents both firms and individuals in employment cases. His experience is vast and ranges from defense of wrongful termination and Form U5 defamation claims to pursing collection of promissory note debt. Additionally, Sam represents clients in compliance and regulatory-related matters before various governmental entities and self-regulatory organizations.
Over the course of his career, Sam has successfully handled hundreds of matters in various jurisdictions. Between 2013-2018, Sam has been selected as a “Rising Star” in Securities Litigation by Michigan Super Lawyers magazine, an honor bestowed upon only 2.5% of eligible practicing attorneys. After litigating matters for over 10 years, Sam appreciates that each side has its strong and weak points.
